You will find lots (and I mean lots) of at 永久脫毛 which personally I wasn’t drawn to. When it comes to lasers and intense skincare treatments I am just one of those particular those who likes to get a professional to work their magic on me, rather than trying to become one through getting a kit from my local pharmacy. I went along to a clinic within my hometown that had recently opened for some treatments.
I went to a couple of sessions, but didn’t see any results – AT ALL. So, it was fair to say I wasn’t planning to waste any further money. Strike one. FYI – I know people who have had treatments of IPL done (mainly all Asian/Indian kinds of skin) and I happen to be told it will take a lot of sessions to find out results. I are also told by my current laser technician (and head trainer & educator of Polaris Hair Laser Removal) that IPL fails to work with Indian skin and has temporary benefits. It basically isn’t the most effective laser for too long term hair-free fuss.
Next time round, I decided to go for a YAG laser but to my luck, my technician had blagged her way into making me think she was doing me a favour. If in reality, her what are known as YAG laser was much more of an IPL treatment then other things. I notice you which it made my hair a little fainter, but nothing drastic – and i also had a minimum of 6 sessions. Once again, I wasted not merely my amount of time in travel but a lot of money! Strike two.
Within the last 5 months or so I have been going to a lovely laser technician, who lucky for me personally, is located in the same county as me! I needed told her all of the problems We have had before with laser hair removal and she provided her honest and professional advice. She explained in my opinion that IPL isn’t extremely effective (especially on Asian skin) for 永久脫毛. It really works whilst you will get it done but provide it with annually roughly and you will definitely see your the growth of hair coming back again. The penetration in the laser isn’t as deep and doesn’t concentrate on the hair follicle towards the extent as a YAG laser does.
I then explained the so-called YAG laser treatment I was getting before coming to her. That is certainly when she did a little digging (in their spare time) and informed me that I had been missold my laser treatment. The laser which I was getting done was more comparable to IPL compared to a proper YAG laser. It absolutely was more of a diode – basically which means that I wasn’t getting the same results has I might have having a proper or must i say real YAG laser!
She then told me about her laser. The laser she uses is definitely the Long Pulsed Nd: YAG Laser by Polaris Medical. She actually is a professional educator/trainer for this particular laser and has been doing the business for two decades – she basically knows her shiz.
This laser can be used hair removing of hair on all kinds of skin, light to dark. One of the main features of this laser is that its melanin absorption is quite low. Melanin is what gives your skin layer it’s colour. The better melanin halbfl have, the darker your skin and the other way round. Due to it’s low absorption of it, there is certainly hardly any risk of the skin to obtain damaged by hyper/hypo pigmentation. Because of this the long pulsed Nd:Yag lasers is idea for for hair removal on medium to dark skin!
I have to go with clean, lotion/potion free, make-up free, perfume/deoderant free and hair free. Yep, so that you need to shave in advance (everywhere you want to target!). This is so the laser can reach the folicle without the hair strands getting in the way.
We have learnt the difficult way by accidentally having some perfume in my neck as well as the laser burning my skin – luckily it wasn’t that bad (my Elizabeth Adren Eight Hour Cream sorted me out!). However, this can be common and will happen.
During Laser Treatment
Throughout the laser session, the part/s of your body are sectioned off (as you have seen within the picture above). The 永久脫毛 is used with an air-conditioning type cooling tube that is hovered within the area of your skin as it is getting lasered – this really is so that you don’t notice the heat. The sensation of getting this done is much like someone poking you with a needle. According to your pain threshold and/or the location you may not feel it at all.
